 Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists circulated on social media a video excerpt and photos from the performance of Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, and some of the figures who attended the performance of "Al Arda." The Qatari Amiri Diwan announced that Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad has issued an order to pardon several prisoners on the occasion of the country's National Day.
